Last Sunday, July 15, Manny Pacquiao scored a victory against Argentine fighter, Lucas Matthysse, at the Axiata Arena in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
President Rodrigo Duterte, in his public message to Pacquiao, praised him for being "not just a public servant, but one of the greatest boxers of all time."
